By downloading, installing, or using Blissful Breathing ("the App"), you ("you" or "the user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Blissful Breathing is a guided breathing exercise app. It is intended for general wellness and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you or your child has a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
The App is designed for children age 5 and under with supervision from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with a parent or guardian's permission. Subscriptions may only be purchased by an account holder age 18 or older.
The App offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional breathing shapes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep premium access until that period ends.
Refunds for subscription charges are handled by Google Play according to Google's refund policies. You can request a refund at play.google.com/store/account under "Order history."
The core features of the App — including three complete breathing shapes (Circle, Heart, and Square) — remain permanently free and do not require a subscription.

All content in the App — including artwork, audio, code, and trademarks — is owned by Break Knight Games LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The App is licensed to you, not sold.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Break Knight Games LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Break Knight Games LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App before they take effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
